- How do I book a room?
- Select your check in date and nights. If you have a Promotional code, fill the gap. Click on “Check Rates and Book” and choose the room type and rate.
- Fill the form with your contact details and way of payment. Credit Card is only needed as guarantee.
- Your credit card details are encrypted through secure server (VeriSign).
- You will instantly receive an email with the reservation confirmation.
- Pay upon Check-out as you wish (except in reservations with pre-payment conditions)
- How can I modify my reservation?
- Please, send us an email with your request. You can also cancel your reservation and rebook a new one. Ensure that your new reservation is available before cancelling the previous one.
- How can I cancel my reservation? Is there any fee?
- There is no fee cancellation if you cancel within the period permitted. Cancellation Policies are clearly explained in your reservation confirmation.
- Can I book my hotel through the phone?
- We will be delighted to assist you over the phone, but you can also book online or through email. All our promotions and Special deals are available also in our website.
- Is Buffet Breakfast included in my reservation? What is the cost of Breakfast?
- Buffet breakfast is not included, except if you have booked a Bed and breakfast rate. The hotel offers a great Buffet breakfast every morning, the cost is 12.90 EUR tax included per person. It is not necessary to book it in advance.
- Anyway, remember that by booking the Bed and Breakfast rate through our website, you get a discount over the regular rate.
- Can I choose the size of my bed?
- Yes You can, but remember that all these requests will be honor upon hotel availability. Please, fill the “comments and requests” section while you are making a reservation to request for a king, queen size bed or twin beds. We will do our best to meet your needs.
- Can we store our luggage after Checking out?
- Every hotel has a luggage room where you can store your luggage until your departure. It is a free of charge service.
- Is it Wi-Fi available in the hotel? What is the cost?
- Every actahotel has internet wi-fi available and it is totally free of charge.
